First Form - Sui Nim Tao

Known as Little Idea Form the practitioner should have no pre-conceived or rigid view of the techinques being practiced, but should concentrate on developing control over the small movements integral to those movements.

This allows the individual to gain proper control over the techniques and their own movement.

The form is broken into 3 Sections covering

The ability to control the elbow position and strength of that position.

The refined us of power, in the ability to produce power in the last inch of delivery.

Post technique relaxation.

Siu Nim Tao improves focus and attention by concentrating on the practicioner's centerline and making the correct shape and position of the techniques in relation to it while at the same time building leg strength.
